Integrative Therapeutic Massage
Integrative Massage is the application of various hands-on techniques to treat a client's specific areas of dysfunction during a massage session. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. Stretching techniques are often incorporated, targeting specific areas of concern. This type of massage blends the use of the Signature Cayce/Reilly massage with focused, deeper pressure in areas of particular focus. This method is my personal favorite, as I combine techniques from all the others, to create an internal healing oasis, while helping the body to function more efficiently!
Cayce/Reilly Signature Massage
The Cayce/Reilly Signature Massage was designed to integrate the body, mind and spirit for enhanced healing and an unforgettable feeling of well being and relaxation, as it soothes nerves, stimulates organ and glandular function, facilitates circulation, and relaxes muscles, encouraging the body to rid itself of toxins. CRS massage blends Swedish, osteopathic, and neuropathic techniques that combine specialized massage strokes, stretching and gentle vibrations of the abdominal organs and endocrine glands. These massage strokes are performed in a specific order and sequence with the emphasis on relaxing and balancing your body’s nervous system. The Healing Oasis style of the Cayce/Reilly Signature Massage unfolds in an unhurried and thorough manner, allowing my client to receive the best of the best!
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Facial, Hand and Foot Massage
Facial Massages are helpful not only in relieving clogged pores and skin blemishes, withdrawing impurities from the skin, and increasing circulation to facial muscles, but also in preventing sagging facial muscles. The facial includes hot towels, scalp and facial massage, neck and shoulder massage, using organic cucumber cleanser, Aztec clay mask, toning, moisturizing, and misting. While the mask is drying, your hands and feet are thoroughly massaged. This therapy is completely relaxing and rejuvenating!
Out-call (Mobile Service)
A $25 set-up fee is added for mobile service.
Massage performed by two massage therapists, in the same room, simultaneously.
Epsom Foot Soak
An Epsom Salt Foot Soak will help remove toxins and impurities, supply the body with magnesium sulfate while relaxing the muscles of the feet. This treatment is especially beneficial for those who spend a lot of time on their feet, the base of our being, carrying the burden of our bodies and daily activities; they deserve special treatment! (Not available for out-calls.)
By some estimates, up to 80 percent of Americans are not getting enough magnesium and may be deficient. Other research shows only about 25 percent of US adults are getting the recommended daily amount of 310 to 320 milligrams (mg) for women and 400 to 420 for men.2
Besides taking a supplement, another way to improve your magnesium status is to take regular Epsom salt baths or foot baths. Epsom salt is a magnesium sulfate that can absorb into your body through your skin. For complete article, http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2015/01/19/magnesium-deficiency.aspx
